Its location. Close to Savannah and Charleston and the State borders of Alabama, Florida, Tennessee and North and South Carolina.

Its diverse population of many millions of people.
It's great enthusiasm into history and appreciation of antiques. Atlanta has one of the largest number of antique shops and interior designers in the World.
